I am a windows 11 kasperksy premium user. Pidgin program cannot be connected. Since it may be due to your security program, I decided to consult. How can I see if there are blocked connections in Kaspersky? I don't use note defender. Firewall policies regarding XMPP connections.

1. Which error message(s) show when Pidgin cannot be connected? 
2. In Kaspersky Reports - are there any Pidgin events? 
3. In Kaspersky Intrusion Prevention, is Pidgin Trusted?
