Pickles Picklesdoc detected as Trojan MSIL.Crypt.gen.

My colleagues have been getting flagged with Trojan warnings from the “Picklesdoc” app. They have made the developer aware at the link below:

I am wondering if this is a simple issue of false-positive, or if we should pursue this further.

 

Below is a log from Kaspersky via Pulseway:

  • Please scan the files creating the alerts at Kaspersky Virus Desk & Kaspersky Threat Portal
  • If KAV is licensed, & you wish for the files to be analysed, please zip the files, name Malaware, add a password, raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, include a detailed history, images if relevant, a GSI & Windows Log, and the zipped password protected archive, tell the Support team the password. 
  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
