1. Does your phone have a pin code & do you know the pin code? 
2. Does your phone have fingerprint authentication & do you use fingerprint authentication?
3. When you installed KIS did you add a secret code, not the MyKaspersky RECOVERY code? 
4. Does the phone have internet access & is it active now? 
5. Which steps have you taken so far? 
6. Show us a screen print, we need to see the screen or screens you see please?
