Personal Account and wrong Key

1.  Everytime I sign into Kaspersky it comes up with all US States, checkout of that and it just keeps going back to sign in page repeatedly.

2.  The Licence Key written on my account is not mine, how do I fix this??? My account is Active.

Welcome!

  1. Contact Kaspersky Customer Service, on the support page, select either Chat OR Email, then fill in the template as in our image (fill in the correct software application that you have, we've selected Kaspersky Premium as an example) & provide a detailed history; also include:
  • The date of the purchase.
  • Your full name.
  • The e-mail address used for the purchase.
  •  *Your* License Key. 
  • Order number from the confirmation e-mail (if it's available).
