Pernicious malware

Hello,

A hacker has taken over my system by dropping this malware:

Trojan:Win32/RemoteAdmin

VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore

 

 

The Microsoft tools MSERT is not effective.

 

KSC does not detect the malware. In fact the whole OS is infected by malware that tempers with the Defender Service.

 

Can you help by remote access?
