"Perform Windows Update synchronization" task failing with MySQL error [MOVED]

Am running Security Centre 10 Administration Server v10.5.1781 Various articles I fave found on Google suggest editing the MySQL .cnf or .ini file although I cannot find these on our server, not can I type MySQL at the command prompt.
