Hello @HADi,

Welcome!

  1. Before Kaspersky Security Cloud Free (KSCF) was installed, was an Applications incompatible with KSCF check done?
  2. Have KSCF - hardware and software requirements been checked?
  3. Is a new KSCF installer being used?
  4. Which KSCF version & patch(x) is installed → on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

3. I used the installer that I got from kaspersky website about 4 days ago

The pc worked fine the first time that I install and update kscf but the next day after I turned it on it got this wierd freezing

And also I don't use this pc for heavy and graphical software just normal daily works like surfing internet and some software like microsoft word
