pba (pre boot authentication) error

We are observing PBA error on encrypted system 

Need solution 

 

OS- windows 7

model-  hp probook 440 G2 

KES 11.1.1.126 (pf 705)

Aditionally,

Try to reset pba.

Probably problem with hp probooks in both cases.
