Payment Method Not Updated

Hello,

My subscription has expired. I want to renew but the payment method does not change. I change the payment details and enter the new card details, but the old card details starting with 5345 are still active. I couldn't update with the new card details, I changed the language to English, Russian, but still nothing.

What should I do to update the payment method and enter new card information?
