I got my plus expire on 30th may. its on my pc windows 10.

my plan is change to plus with 3 devices. (windows 10, windows 11 and android).

on 12th may, i cancelled my current plus and made a payment for a new one with 3 devices.

after all that things, i only received cancellation email. 

there was no email about new plan. and of course, my bank has deducted the money.

i made an complaint which has number: INC000018361021

and i sent an email to this: *****@*****.tld.

but there are no answers.

i really dont know who to contact or how to request a refund, so im writing this here.

if anyone could help, pleaseeee
