Hi, Pause and protection and control greyed out. Similar to; Password protection is enable, but when you exit of the program, it turns off without asking for a password. Too bad that the end users are doing it. Please help. Note: Computers receive policy. New policy was created. KSC: 11.0.0.1131 KES: 11.1.0.15919

Hello Alper, we had the same problem. Forced synchronization helped out. Concerning your problem that users can quit the program or stop protection without entering a password: The user "Everyone" should get as few rights as possible. You have almost everything checked. It is best to select only the checkboxes for "View Reports" and "Restore access to data on encrypted files", if relevant. Kind regards, Leon

Dude, you're great :) In older versions, it's asked for a password. It's exact opposite at new version. Problem solved, Thank you very much.
