Password-protected archive files

Hi. I can not scan my Password-protected archive files because I forgot my password. How can I change my settings or change my password?

Do You mean Kaspersky product password or? If You mean Your own files compressed with a password, that issue has nothing to do with Kaspersky, and if You don't have the password, You won't be able to scan or extract them.
