password manager will not open needs permission to access files

KPM will not open - error message as follows

I can't get it to go any further and I do not know how to give permission. I am running Kaspersky Premium.

Installing as admin didn't work for me

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
