Password Manager requesting password at after Win 10 startup

Although I have unchecked the "Prompt for main password when launching KPM automatically", it still requires me to put in password after a Windows 10 startup.  Any other methods?

KPM version:  10.2.0.341 / 1670495418_7316 / 1.0.523.0-0.8.3.0_1

Hello @Mikky

Welcome!

Unfortunately, no; it's by design, a security measure implemented by Kaspersky, each time the computer is restarted, you must first enter the KPM main password *once*; after that the 'Prompt for main password when launching KPM automatically' rule applies.

The same is true IF Windows Hello is used, see Unlock the vault.

Hypothetically, if someone was to reboot a computer & KPM did not require the main/master password *once* -> potentially a disaster may occur as a result.

Thank you?
