Password Manager keeps asking whether I want to save passwords it has already saved.  It happens with many sites & is very annoying.  There is no error/notification.

1. KPM version?
2. Device type & OS version?
3. When “Password Manager keeps asking whether I want to save passwords it has already saved.” issue happens is the KPM application logged into? 
4. Does the “Password Manager keeps asking whether I want to save passwords it has already saved.” issue happen in every browser? 
5. For each site the problem is happening on, is Auto-login enabled → image 1? 
6. For each site the problem is happening on, has the Authentication scope been set - image 2? 

    

7. Is KPM Premium or Free?
