Which Kasperksy KPM version are your running ?
Did you try an on top reinstallation ?

Thank you for your response.

My KPM version is a 25.1.0.602 (a) / 1768404341_7783 / 1.1.0.2_1

I will try reinstalling it again.
I noticed that when creating or modifying a password directly on the website, special characters are used.
And the browser has the KPM extension.
