Password Manager corrupted folder - help!

Recommended Posts

When starting password manager I get the error message: "The application is corrupted, the folder C:\ProgramData\KasperskyLab\KasperskyPassordManager/24.0\ is missing or damaged." And password manager won't then open.

I then reinstall the programme which then works normally. Until I re-boot the PC at which time I get the same error message again. I've uninstalled/reinstalled several times but still get the same problem. Any ideas? Thank you

Can you please check your hard disk surface with e.g. HD Sentinel.

It's an SSD - no other problems with it.

Unfortunately the Password manager programme keeps crashing so the only way to get a log would be to reinstall it which would then wipe out the log.

I understand ,  but Kaspersky Tech Support could request e.g.  GSI Log or Windows Event Viewer information
after you have reproduced a crash.

@Philip Smith You are welcome.

In the meantime you might have a look with AppCrashView (Nirsoft)
