Password manager "Activation error"

Hello! So my problem is that If I use this licence it specifically doesn't work on password manager, but "total security" plan includes password manager. So the problem is that this licence be activated on antivirus but I can't activate it on password manager. I tried on Windows 10 based PC and my phone which is based on Android 13. I somewhere read that this problem could my caused by that, licence is activated on multiple account's. Is it true? Thanks! Have a great day!

  1. Please contact support - they can access (your) private information, the Kaspersky Community cannot, there's Community rules to protect everyone's privacy in the Community; on the support page select either Chat or Email, then select Activation & License issues, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. 
  • Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
