Password Manager → Trouble signing in on second machine

for years, i’ve been using password manager on one machine. recently, i installed kasperky and pm on another machine. I’m having trouble signing into pm on the second machine. it won’t accept the pm pswd.

KPM → Additional → Settings → General → My Kaspersky account :

I signed out and back in on both the original and the newer versions. the KPM pswd still works on the original but not the newer.
