Parent and child use same Windows accout, but different computers

Hello,

I would like to install KSK on my son's computer to control internet usage.  However, his computer uses the same Windows login account as mine.  Is the KSK control specific to the computer? Or is it tied to the Windows login account?  (the entry screen of the installation says "Parents and Children should have seperate accounts")

I used the same Windows login account for my computer and for his computer, and currently all his games are registered to that same account (so switching accounts is not easy).  I do not want to install the KSK on my computer as well (if it's locked to the Windows account) other than for control.
