Dear Users,

I’m using Kaspersky EndPoint Security for Windows 11 V. 11.7.0.669

and I’m facing issues with IMAP syn over Outlook when all standard protection is ON.

I turned off,

Firewall,

Network Protection

Mail Threat Protection

AMSI Protection,

 

Then IMAP Started working smoothly, Anybody can guide or help??

Can you check if the problem happens with KES 11.8 version, please ?

Well, that seems like working so far. I just did it and my pending emails got sync now. :) I’ll test it over few days let’s see what feedback we get.
