outlook file deletion

Hello. Why does Kaspersky premium speed up the computer feature delete files in Outlook? We encountered the same problem for the second time. Isn't it ridiculous to delete outlook files to speed things up?

PC Speed-Up: 

If this check box is selected, the application automatically searches for unused operating system files and Windows Registry faults. When the search is complete, Kaspersky displays a notification with information about search results.

1. Are (you) sure it's PC Speed-Up that's deleting the Outlook files? 
2. Has Quarantine been checked? 
3. How is Mail Anti-Virus configured? 
4. For PC Speed-Up - were any of the following options *offered*:

*Choose how to process detected suspicious software* 

• Disinfect
• Delete
• Skip
• Add to exclusions
• Apply to all objects of this type
