Outlook can't not open while KES is scanning [MOVED]

Hello,

 

I’m using KES v14, whenever KES automatically scan my computer, espcially scan .pst file. My outlook show the errors like this 

 

“ Cannot start Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window...”  and to solve this is to stop the scanning process of KES.

 

Any option for me to choose both options is that allow scanning and opening KES at the same time.

I think Microsoft recommends to exclude pst/ost files from real time protection.
