Hello everyone, hopre you’re doing well. Can I ask what is the root cause of this issue that the outlook was automatically disabling the Kaspersky?

  1. Which version & patch of KAV is installed → on the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About 
  2. What is the version of the disabled Kaspersky Add-on
  3. What is the Outlook version
  4. What is the Operating system version & build
  5. In KAV Reports, are there any events that match Microsoft Outlook or Kaspersky Add-on?
  6. Is KAV Premium or Free?

Which version & patch of KAV is installed → on the Windows Taskbar, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About ? Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows (11.3.0) ver 11.3.0.773
What is the version of the disabled Kaspersky Add-on? 2016
What is the Outlook version? 16.0.13628.20274
What is the Operating system version & build? Windows 10 (19041)
In KAV Reports, are there any events that match Microsoft Outlook or Kaspersky Add-on? None

Is KAV Premium or Free? 

Premium

What would be the possible remedy for this issue? We encounter this again even if we already enabled it in outlook.
