Hello Tahmeed702,

Please submit a support ticket to our technical support team, including the following details:

- Is this a first-time installation on the device or a migration?
If a migration,
from which version?
- If it is a server, does it have any roles or features?

- How many servers/workstations are affected by this issue?

- Download the GetSystemInfo6.2.exe executable (as an administrator) via the link below onto the workstation(s) affected by the issue:
https://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/CorporateUtilities/GSIB-6.2.2.86.exe

Please remember to tick the ‘Include Windows event log’ box.

A ‘GSI’ folder in .Zip format will be created automatically on your desktop; please send this to us.

- A full memory dump of the machine:
https://support.kaspersky.com/fr/common/diagnostics/3055

Please note that a mini dump will not be sufficient.

Kind regards.

We have already raised a support ticket for this issue (Reference: INC000018331838).

The R&D team confirmed that this is a rare edge case, which typically occurs when software attempts to simultaneously write to and close a file. This is tied to a specific bug in KESWin 14.0, and they have assured us it will be fully resolved in the upcoming patch release.
