Hi,

When I try to ask something to OPENAI (Chat GPT) I get blocked by the "Internet Protection Threat" (IPT).

I get no notification message from Kaspersky, but OPENAI don't anwser my question and tell me that "something get wrong". 

When I turn off the "Internet Protection Threat" on the Kaspersky Administration Server, I am able to get my anwser to all my questions with Open AI.

I've tried to add the URL *openai*.com to the "Trusted URL but it doesn't change anything. 

Does someone have already get the same issue ? I'm stuck in this situation cause I don't want to disable the IPT only to allow few people to go to this website.

NB : We use KES 11.6 for the Workstation

KES 11.6 is a version with limited support

Please install the last version and check if the problem was solved

Hi. I tried many methods to use chatgpt openai but still I get: something went wrong. I have no idea what to do? is there any step by step solution?

Hello, i am having the same issue, always getting "something went wrong" error message when using ChatGPT openai. 

Then I've try turning off "Web Anit VIrus" and "Anti Banner" then I can easily used ChatGPT on openai website, please can you provide solution or application update to address this issues, tq
