on android device, the "Settings" app is counted for screen time

on android device, the "Settings" app is counted for screen time,
and it keeps being "active" even if the kid isn't using the mobile device.

I'm trying to find a way to whitelist this app so it won't count as screen time but I don't find where to change it.

In all places I've found I can set it to "Allowed", but that means it is still counted for screen time.

Welcome!

Settings is one of the control applications of the android phone - giving access to Settings you may as well not use KSK at all.

Some of the applications on a child's Android device are blocked automatically. We try not to give the child the opportunity to cheat and bypass parental controls.
