Objects not processed after a full scan

I ran a full scan through my Kaspersky. It deleted two objects and didn’t process a third. The file detected was  not-a-virus:UDS:Adware.Win64.SweetLabs.a does anyone not what an earth that is ?

Can you please tell us the manufacturer of your computer? Is it a Lenovo?

Can you tell us the path to the object you found? Is it on the system partition or in the recovery partition?

It almost certainly has to do with a Lenovo tool that you don't necessarily need. It's probably not dangerous, but it can be annoying.

then said delete archive or skip so I skipped ? 
none of it means anything to me ?
