Notification received New application found but not in list

Hi,

I received yesterday a notification:

Saturday, Mar 13, 09:02 PM (time in the child's device time zone)
A new application BootstrapPackagedGame was found on the DESKTOP xx device used by xx Application category: Games, age restriction: 0+.

However, now, about 20 hours later, I check the app and also web interface of Safe Kid, I don’t see BootstrapPackagedGame in the list. My kid confirms that he still has it, because that application is required to play some games which are allowed in weekend. My kid also has the admin right of the device (I understand that he could do some thing else but we need to trust each other, and SafeKid is a tool to help prevent certain things but not all)

The questions are:

• Why is the application not listed in SafeKid mobile or web app?
• Could SafeKid detect all new applications installed?

Please tell us:

1. Windows 10, Operating system version ?
2. KSK version & patch(x) → on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About? 
3. Which games require BootstrapPackagedGame ? 
4. Is there any Anti-virus software installed? If “yes”, please tell us name, version & patch(x)? 
5. Go to KSK Summary, Reports, find the BootstrapPackagedGame events, take a full screen image & post please? 
6. Child’s birth year? 
7. Is KSK Premium or Free? 

Please let us know?

Hi,

My info is as follows:

1. Windows 10 (more could be provided later)
2. KSK was updated about 2 weeks ago (precisely could be provided later)
3. valorant, riot, roblox, … Also valorant is not in the list even though it is installed. Kid could not play valorant due to some settings in the past. I could not change it explicitly.
4. Defender
5. Report attached, BootstrapPackagedGame is not in the list
6. 2006
7. KSK licensed (not free)
