No Devices show up to add / Device Control

We wanted to use Device Controle for our Clients, but when we want to add trusted devices there are none shown. (See Picture, doesn't matter if we type in any value)

This worked fine with our old KSC 10. Notifications work and we can see requests from clients to unlock the device.

The devices are running version 10 ?

The policy is for what version of KES ?

Sorry for the confusion, we are moving from KSC 10 to 14. 

Clients: 

-Network Agent Version: 14.0.0.10902 

-Application Version: 11.10.0.399

 

The Policy Version is for 11.10.0
