hello

I have a problem with the clients of the Kaspersky security Center, the updates were downloaded successfully to the administration server repository, but the clients still showed "no available updates" in the administration server dashboard and the message in the clients showed "the database are extremely out of date", how can I solve this? thanks in advance

The version of the KSC is 11

I have created the update task like below:

1. Downloading updates to the administration server

2. Task of updating KES clients

3. Set the update schedule to start after new updates downloaded to the administration server repository.

4. By default, the task will receive updates from the KSC server

Thanks in advance.

Good day

If I understand correctly, you are using KSC 11 version, but this version is no longer fully supported -

https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle#b2b.block3.ksc11

and for sure customers also have older versions removed from support ... updates also stop being released for them ... e.g. KES 11.2 and 11.3 or earlier

https://support.kaspersky.com/corporate/lifecycle#b2b.block0.kes11

in such cases you need to update your solutions to the latest product versions...

if it's not... state the full version of your KSC and the versions of the clients on the affected devices. and make sure you create tasks for the right product.
