Hi Kcs 10.5.1781 Kes 11 my update to the repository task run and finish completely without any error.after that i start update task for my clients but an error shows that "no available update" what can i do for solving the problem??:open_mouth:

hello

we have a kaspersky endpoint server which is master and two others slave servers.

my sub is it the update in the console kaspersky, repository I see that the updates are dwonlaod. and in the workstations there are posts that recover the update normally and others displays an error of “ NO AVAILABLE UPDATE”.

Please attach a task results export and GSI from KSC server and workstation with update error.

Also please attach screenshot.

Also review event logs:

Failed to synchronize with computer DSKHBT040. #1181 (112) I/o error 1181/0x70 ('System error 0x70 (Espace insuffisant sur le disque.)') occurred while working with file 'C:\ProgramData\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit\SS_CACHE1.dat'.

Host 192.168.9.4 doesn't respond (1093;klprcp-Proxy;1.0.0.0;fpvG4pP9EMKZ4EzJlR2JG2) #1561 Host 'http://192.168.9.4:15000' is not responding

In Workstation:

Le pilote a détecté une erreur du contrôleur sur \Device\Harddisk1\DR4.
