Hello,

Please tell us which vpn type do you use? IPSec or L2TP or PPTP?

Disable the firewall of your primary router and switch between protocols. Then run your VPN service. https://www.myamplifiers.com/en-us/ - you can change your router and buy signal booster if you still have problems with connection.

Thanks. But, how can I access the below information? It's not clear...

For L2TP and PPTP, you don’t need to download anything. Instead, you need to write down some information from your personal account:

  • server address for connection
  • username and password
  • an additional encryption key (pre-shared key, PSK, secret key)
  • authentication type (PAP, CHAP)

Hum... I guess You have to select OpenVPN config, then select the server node, and then You will get a window similar to:

There You get the User sesion, password, Protocol... and downloading the OVPN file confog and editing it, You will get the server address, and other additional info 🤔
