Network with either LAN or Wifi, no network with both active at the same time

Hello all,

I'm having a similar issue, but in my case I can connect my laptop via physical cable or wifi, I have no problem if I'm connected using cable or wifi alone, but if I connect both my browsers (Chrome and Edge) got blocked.

I already tried the fix of renaming the folder Report to Report1 in Kaspersky folder, in my case the folder is named AVP21.14, but unfortunately didn't work for me.

Does anyone have another advice?

Which Kaspersky version are you using (Basic/Standard/Plus/Premium)?
Does the connection work with both networks active when you disable Kaspersky temporarily for a test?
Are you using Kaspersky VPN (Plus/Premium)?
