Network attack detected by Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP

Hello,

Not long ago, I started receiving messages saying that my IP address was being attacked, by a software called Scan.Generic.PortScan.TCP. What must I do? Is my computer in danger? Thanks in advance.

You should mask IP address only if it comes from a local system of Your local network.

So, the IP address comes from a local network system? Something like 192.168.x.x... ?

Yes, i dont know if it's coming from my computer or something like that.

To tell you the truth, a few months ago I accidentally downloaded a virus that I thought was a simple program. I ran it and nothing happened, later kaspersky told me that a file was dangerous, the launcher of the virus. I think I removed the launcher and not the virus, can you help me?

Then it is one of Your local system, check if some apps installed on it, it's the cause You are getting that detection.

As You don't have Kaspersky Plus with Smart Home Monitor module installed, you can download this free tool to check the devices connected to Your network:

Ok nice, and what about that?T o tell you the truth, a few months ago I accidentally downloaded a virus that I thought was a simple program. I ran it and nothing happened, later kaspersky told me that a file was dangerous, the launcher of the virus. I think I removed the launcher and not the virus, can you help me?

If in all this time Your KIS haven't detected any additional virus, probably Your system is clean.
