Network agent transport level error

I have installed kav Linux network agent on a linux box but it cannot to KSC when i run the check utility i get the following errors below

I am not familiar with agent on Linux but TCP port 14000 is the unencrypted port, you should use 13000 (I am not sure if 14000 is still alive).
