I had a server with security center 11 and security application 11.0 & 11.1

I then created a new server with security center 14 and created "change administration server" task for all devices connected to the old server.

Then i created 2 Deployment tasks for network agent 14 and security application 11.11

The tasks are completed successfully except with a server whose network agent did not work and with a strange error.image.png.b3f5b1658ec88be2c14a0c0a6776455e.png

how can i fix this issue ?

this server has a security application but it is not connected to the administration server because of the network agent

Good day

The easiest option is to uninstall the Network Administration Agent on the problematic server and install it again.

check if the error is returned

i uninstalled it and re-install many times with same error

I see, try uninstalling again, and use the utility to clear the agent installation information. 

 

If you are installing automatically with KSC, try to install manually from the "raw" package this time and go through all the steps of the installation wizard, there may be some error at this stage.

when i try to send heartbeat through klnagchk.exe, the result is that the network agent listener does not exist.

do any one knows what is network agent listener ?

did you follow the steps i posted above?

you can show screenshots of errors and operation of the klcsngtgui.exe utility (run as administrator) - send heartbeat and utilities klnagchk.exe ?

when i send heartbeat, the error is that the network agent listener does not exist
