Network Agent is installed on the device, but a security application is not installed.

The Agent is for the communication with the Kaspersky Security Center (KSC).

The security application would be Kaspersky Endpoint Security (KES) in this case. Which is not installed as it seems. KES is the endpoint appliance with firewall, device control, etc.
