Network Agent install error 0x1F (A device attached to the system is not functioning.)

Hello, I am trying to install the network agent on a server with Windows Server 2016 and during the "Registering" phase of the install, it errors out and rolls back. GSI Report Thanks!

I am trying to install the network agent on a Windows Server 2012 it shwoing error is “system error 0x1f (A device attachaed to the system is not functioning).

Network agent version is 13.
