can someone help me with error(a newer version of network agent is detected ) it happens when i try to reinstall kaspersky endpoint 11,5

I must say that I don’t understand your issue completely..?

Current versions are:

• KSC/Network Agent: 12.2.0.4376 (12.2)
• KES: 11.5.0.590

Where are you getting the error? It’s always better to attach printscreen, so we know better what’s happening :)

Go to your Install Task.

Select Settings

Remove the Check from the Box “Do not re-install application if it is already installed”
