NetAgent_11.0.0.1131_KES_11.2.0.2254 not installing on Windows 10

I am trying to install this  “NetAgent_11.0.0.1131_KES_11.2.0.2254” package on Windows 10 ,but I am getting an Error “App Can’t run on your PC” to find vesion for your PC ,check with software publisher.

Can you provide me the snapshot of the error. Also, tell me how are you installing the package, Deployment or standalone?

Hey Shami, 

I suspect windows smart screen and windows store culprit here. But still try below steps.

1. Try deploying it or install from the packages folder in the KLShare.
2. Try turning OFF windows smart screen for windows apps. 
3. Update your windows store.

Did you try running the installer on different device?
