NetAgent remote installation to migrate Kaspersky Admin Center Cloud

I'm migrating my on-premises console to the cloud console.

I'm at the step that needs to reinstall netagent. For this I removed the uninstall password during the installation process it stays at 32% for a long time and I don't see the new installation, could someone please collaborate.

during the installation I am using account with domain admin

Hello wggoncalves,

normally 32-33% the msiexec Service starts and the so the Installation itself. Did you choose the do not install if its installed option? Did you tried to uninstall the Agent first and install it then from KSCCC?

You can also check the installation log what is generated if there is an Error.
