Netagent Installed but not connecting to KSC in Server 2012 R2 (Advices and Solution)

Problem Statement: 

We have a situation where the device is not showing in KSC after installing Kaspersky Netagent on Win Server 2012 R2. We tried the klmover script, and everything appears to be fine. When we checked the klnagchk utility, we received the message "admin server certificate is not installed." The version of Netagent is 15.3.

Root Cause : After Investigation of Gsilogs , Klnagent Traces and Klmover Traces we got that netapi32.dll and logoncli.dll  modules are corrupted or damaged , these are located at system32 and SysWOW64, due to this Klnagent cannot communicating with KSC properly.

 

Solution: 

We successfully resolved the Netagent Connection issue with KSC in Windows Server 2012 R2 by installing all of the required updates for Windows Server 2012 from:

We recommend installing all of the updates listed in the screenshot attached, along with the necessary instructions, and then restarting Server 2012, restarting Klnagent Service, and checking the connection with KSC. DLL corruption will be resolved by installing all important updates.
