Ahoj, aplikace vůbec nejde nainstalovat dítěti do mobilu. "Omezené nastavení - z důvodu vaší bezpečnosti toto nastavení není momentálně dostupné'" - jde o Českou republiku. Co s tím?

Apologies however we need to reply in English, 

1. IF the mobile phone is *Android 13 or higher*, go to Settings > Apps > Kaspersky Safe Kids, tap the three-dot menu (top right), and select Allow restricted settings.
2. IF this doesn't fix the issue please contact Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/cs/b2c/cz#contacts - select: E-mailem, fill-in the template as shown                                                                                                                                  
3. *Don't select the AI-BOT to submit the incident request*
