Negative feedback about Kaspersky "Standard"

After 2 years of use and complete satisfaction, I recently made the switch from KAV to Basic Protection, however, at the moment I am not very happy with the change.

I find that the firewall and network control of the new antivirus generate a high number of very technical alerts that are difficult to interpret. Even after adding a program to the list of Thrusted applications, a simple update check of the program on the list still generates lot's of warnings about registry or network access.

I find this very complicated. I would have preferred the functionality of the Standard version to be the same as the simple KAV. For a while I limited the drawbacks by disabling the modules that generated the alerts, however, at the end, I uninstalled the program and went back to KAV which works exceptionally well.

I will follow the evolution of the program hoping that over time it will improve and maybe in the future I will try again.
