I need to talk to a human and/or create a support ticket. I don't have a link for this. I'm not sure if this product is supported at all (I bought Kaspersky Business Total Security). At this time the company I am doing business with is unable to get their VPN working on my system. They indicate Kaspersky is to blame. The VPN is FortiClient. Anyway, I just needs some help with the product I purchased (Kaspersky Total Security) - to find out if the problem really is Kaspersky or not. Thanks, David

Hi David, Total Security brings its own vpn client. Please uninstall 'Kaspersky Secure Connection' first. This does not affect the protection provided by KTS. Can the connection now be established?

As far as I know I bought virus protection and NOTHING else. I already have and use PIA for my VPN. Is there a way to tell if I accidentally bought something that I never wanted (such as Kaspersky's VPN)?

I don't know how to tell what version of Kaspersky Total Security I have - but I always allow automatic updates.

Hello Silver_Mica, Do you have or ? To find out which version: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/1690 (for example) on a Windows device:
  1. Open the main window of the application.
  2. In the lower left part of the window, click the Support icon.
  1. Find the Application version line to view the version number. for example, 19.0.0.1088(b).
Note: Kaspersky Total Security ships a VPN (KSC) with the package, KSC can also be installed as standalone software. KSC can be uninstalled, separate to KTS. The logo for KSC
