Need Help Blocking YouTube Access Through PowerPoint Bypass

Hi,

I’ve set up a restriction to block access to YouTube, but my 11-year-old son managed to bypass it by accessing YouTube through PowerPoint.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and fully block YouTube access?

The controls available are:

• KSK, App monitoring, YouTube, Forbidden
• KSK, Web activity monitoring, add www.youtube.com, Forbidden

A. Which device type is being used: Windows, Mac, Android or iOS? 

• IF it's Android, as we understand *piggybacking -> using one app as a passthrough to access another app & circumventing KSK rules* is an old issue still outstanding with Kaspersky. 

1. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  -> https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> on the support page, select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*:

• *Also - IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*       

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
