myKaspersky.com Anmeldung mit Safe Kids nicht möglich

Hello!

I can’t login to my.kaspersky.com on my kid’s computer. Neither Chrome nor Firefox. Loginscreen shows up, but after entering username/pass it it loading forever without any response.

login to the program itself works fine withe the same credentials

login to my.kaspersky.com works, if I pause/disable Safe Kids

Login was worked with Safe Kisd on approx. 4 weeks ago

my.kaspersky.com is added as an exception (allowed, of course) without any change

 

Would be nice to have this fixed. It is quite annoying to change from kids’ PCs to mine to adjust settings.

 

Even though this is web based, here are some system details about my machine:

Win 10 home, build 19041.867

Kasp Total Security:  21.2.16.590

Kasp Safe Kids is on two other PCs

Ich kann mich auf den Rechnern der Kinder nicht auf my.kaspersky.com anmelden. Weder in Chrome noch in Firefox. Der Login-Screen kommt, nach der Eingabe von Username/Pass lädt er unendlich ohne Response. 

• Login in Programmbereiche von Kaspersky mit den selben Daten gehen.
• Login auf my.kaspersky.com geht auch, wenn Safe Kids pausiert ist.
• Vor ca 4 Wochen ging der Login auf my.kaspersky.com noch, wenn Safe Kids lief.
• my.kaspersky.com ist als Ausnahme erlaubt, dennoch geht es nicht (

 

Eine Abhilfe wäre toll, da ich so häufig zwischen verschiedenen Rechnern wechseln muss, um Einstellungen vorzunehmen.
