Hi.

I manage a lot of computers with Kaspersky.  When I log into the account, some devices allows me to send a new subscription but others don't.

When I emailed Kaspersky they said

Based on my findings, it appears that you have encountered an issue where the maximum number of devices for your license has been exceeded.  Please disconnect the device on your account first, and then reactivate the license.

When I click in Details - I can also see more than 5 devices for that license, however I thought that licenses only allow you to have 5 on a premium key anyway, so if this is the reason why I can't send a subscription why when I click on details does it show more than 5 devices, if I'm only allowed 5, so now I have to disconnect and connect them again to the account, because there is a bug with Kaspersky where it allows you to add more than the 5 licenses, or is this a way of forcing you to pay for the subscription as opposed to using a CDKEY which might be cheaper?

Hello @frustratedkaspersky

Welcome back!

Did (you) ask these questions of Kaspersky support?
IF 'no' please revert to them & do so, they have access to (your) MyKaspersky account, the device configuring & the *history* of the issue logged under the original incident request - all of which is not available to the Community as it's private, protected information.

The answers here would be generic, none of us can see what you see.

Thank you🙏
