my Windows 7 doesn't run program after installation

Hello

 

i have problem with running program after i install program kaspersky Endpoint Security 10

i finished set-up any step but when i try to open program it not show anything

i open Task Manager it not show any program about Kaspersky
 

please help

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it, to review it, etc ...).

The latest available version of KES= v11.2.0.2254.

Recommendation:  Microsoft ended mainstream support for Windows 7 on January 13, 2015, but extended support won't end until January 14, 2020. If is possible, update to Windows 10.
